What is Patient Access?
With Patient Access, you can order repeat medications, view, book and cancel appointments at your GP surgery from home, work or on the move — wherever you can connect to the internet. What is more, because Patient Access is a 24 hour online service you can do this in your own time, day or night.
You can now apply to see information, including test results in your medical record online too.
How do I register for Patient Access?
1. Read the information leaflet which explains about Patient Access in more detail.
2. Check you have 2 pieces of acceptable I.D to register for the service.
