Non-urgent advice: COVID-19 Notice
In order to keep our patients safe, the surgery is continuing to operate a triage model of care. Once your care needs have been assessed by a clinician – either by phone or by reviewing your online consultation – please be assured that you will be offered a face-to-face appointment if the clinician feels that your care cannot be handled over the phone.
COVID-19 Vaccine – We are joining with our colleagues in S&W Herefordshire to deliver the COVID-19 vaccines from a central location in Ross-on-Wye. Patients will be contacted directly to attend the clinics in the order determined by NHS England, starting with the staff and residents of care homes. Be assured that as soon as you are entitled to receive the vaccine, you will be contacted. Please note that in order to staff the clinics, we are having to reduce the number of routine appointments at the surgery. Please be patient with our reception team if you are not able to book an appointment for the day of your choice.
