Dispensary Changes from July 2025

To help keep our pharmvend machine running smoothly and ensure medication is available to all who need it, we are introducing a new 72-hour collection window.

What’s changing?
From today, you will have 72 hours (3 working days) to collect your medication from the pharmvend machine after receiving your collection code.

Why?
The machine is frequently full due to uncollected items, which delays access for others. This change helps keep the system flowing and ensures more patients can benefit from being able to collect 24 hours a day.

What if I miss the 72-hour window?
Don’t worry — your medication will still be available for collection from the dispensary hatch during opening hours (8:30-12:00 and 14:00-17:30 every weekday).

How long do I have to collect it from the dispensary?
Medication is kept on the collection shelf for 4 weeks.
