The Community Nursing Team is available to offer advice and home nursing care for the acute and chronically sick, including the provision of various nursing aids.

In addition to our Community Nurses, Fownhope is part of a wider multi-disciplinary team which supports patients with long term conditions. The team includes; social workers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and social prescriber.
