What is Patient Access?
With Patient Access, you can order repeat medications, view, book and cancel GP appointments, see your test results, immunisations and allergies online from home, work or on the move — wherever you can connect to the internet. What is more, because Patient Access is a 24 hour online service you can do this in your own time, day or night.
How do I Register for Patient Access?
1. Click on the Patient Access button above and select ‘register’ on the Patient Access website.
2. Once you complete your registration on Patient Access you will be able to sign in and book one appointment only.
3. When you come in for your appointment bring in 2 forms of I.D and a Receptionist will activate your Patient Access account. This allows you to book appointments in the future.
4. A list of acceptable I.D is on the ‘Our Documents’ page of this surgery website.
Is my Information Secure?
All information that is sent to your surgery via Patient Access is secure. Your personal details are encrypted and protected using the highest standard internet security, so it cannot be intercepted. Only you and your GP surgery are able to see this information.
